Worship at Ebenezer
Worship is simple at Ebenezer. It centers on the teaching and preaching of God's Word. Worship music is a blend of traditional and contemporary (even a little old time Gospel).
Everyone is welcome. Come as You are. We care about you, not what you're wearing. Feel free to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in for church.
Services run an hour, sometimes slightly longer if there is a baptism, special presentation or the pastor gets carried away.
We welcome families with children of all ages. Our Sunday Christian Education program is offered from September through May.
Sunday Morning Schedule
We’re having a Valentine Party and you’re invited to bring someone to share "The Love" with at Ebenezer on Friday, February 12th starting at 5:15 p.m. We’ll have some games, a short program and lots of laughs. Everyone is invited to bring finger food for the party and a non-perishable food item to share "The Love" with those at the senior center.
Ash Wednesday is February 10th
Lent is the forty days before Easter. Lent excludes Sundays because every Sunday is a little Easter. It is about one-tenth of a year (like a tithe of time) and begins with Ash Wednesday. This year it's from February 10th. Ash Wednesday Worship is at 7:00 p.m.
Midweek Lenten Services
Each Wednesday February 10th until Holy Week (the week before Easter) we will gather for worship at 7:00 p.m.
Good Friday, March 25th
Worship is at 7:00 p.m.
